**Terms of Sale**

Thank you for choosing Raingler products. Please review the following terms carefully:

1. **Custom Hand-Made Products:** Our items are meticulously hand-made and are often tailored specifically for your vehicle upon ordering. We urge you to promptly review your confirmation email post-purchase to ensure accuracy in both product build details and delivery address.

2. **Installation Guidelines:** Raingler products are designed for DIY installation. Before starting the installation process, we strongly recommend watching our comprehensive instructional videos and/or reviewing PDF guides in full. Ensure you have all necessary parts and tools required. Alternatively, professional installation services are available at most reputable mechanics, auto upholstery, or accessories shops. For any installation queries, please have your installer contact us prior to commencement.

3. **Product Application and Safety:** Our products cater to enthusiasts, construction, materials transport, off-road, extreme performance applications, and heavy-duty recreational uses. While we strive for global compatibility, we cannot guarantee legal compliance for all public road and highway usage. It's essential to verify suitability for intended use with local laws and regulations. The end user assumes all risks associated with product installation and usage.

4. **Safety Restraint Systems:** Raingler Nets & Barriers are not intended to supplement or guarantee compatibility with all safety restraint systems utilized by automotive manufacturers. Operators and vehicle owners must adhere to automotive manufacturer recommendations.

5. **Payment and Refund Policy:** We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders due to pricing errors or website malfunctions. Payments and refunds are processed exclusively through our online payment gateway. In cases where payment methods are invalid, an in-store credit will be provided instead.

6. **Lifetime Warranty:** Off Road Concepts and Raingler brand products are warranted for as long as the original purchaser owns the product, provided it remains installed in the original vehicle of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, excluding dyes, finishes, or coatings. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Claims must be initiated by the original purchaser.

7. **Custom Work:** All custom modified, specially embroidered, or custom-built production sales are final and non-refundable. Changes from the standard default options are considered custom builds and are ineligible for exchange or return.

8. **Shipping Terms:** Production lead times may vary, and not all products are immediately available for shipment. Production duration is averaging 12 weeks for most items not in stock but can be longer in some instances. Smaller items such as dog leashes & handles will ship within 2-3 weeks or less. After purchase, carefully review your order confirmation for accuracy and notify us promptly of any errors to avoid reshipment charges.
International Customers outside of US: please note that we do not collect nor charge for duties, customs or any other government imposed taxes.  Some carriers may offer “brokerage service”; often at inflated cost, that can be avoided with a little internet research and doing it yourself.  We only charge for the actual shipping services when ordering.

9. **Returns & Cancellations:** Returns within 14 days of delivery require completion of the Return Request Form. Please note that dog pass through or other upgrades may not be returnable.  These are handcrafted items and very specifically made therefore a 20% restocking charge will be assessed for orders returned.  Exchanges will be on a case by case basis.
There is a  20% restocking charge to all items once shipped. A 5% restocking fee will be applied to cover processing costs for orders canceled but not yet shipped. If an order is already in production, an additional 10% material cost may also be assessed. 
Returned items must be in new, resalable condition. Cancellations may be subject to charges, including credit card processing fees.

10. **Shop Pay Installments:** We offer installment payment options through Shop Pay, subject to eligibility criteria. Late fees do not apply. Refunds for installment purchases will be adjusted accordingly. Accepted payment methods include debit and credit cards.
